This is a very simplistic method to use

we have actually provided a High quality WMV version of the rugby footage (source marked from sky )in the project files, so you can simply render the composition to acheive the motion background shown above for the DVD Menu provided
(the musical audio overlay loop is included within the audio folder)
You can include your video in the window by using the replace footage feature of AF, depending on your video footage you may have to adjust the window size after import, simply replace the 2 video holders in the holders folder - the output motion background is then used within encore to the DVD menu supplied.
