STEP 1download the pack which includes all necessary files
STEP 2 install the supplied font
STEP 3

Open the AFX gears.aep and render
the background layer can simply be replaced to add these effects to your image and DVD menu

STEP 4

the rendered composition will create the motion background for the DVD menu provided.
